We typically ship out all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery date depends on your location and shipping method. At most, it can take 3-5 business days within the U.S and 1-4 weeks outside the U.S. 

  • Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed.  You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. You are strongly advised to use our Contact Us service.

  • How can I return my order?

Please send us an email at support@kailexbaby.com. We allow the return and exchange of unused items if we receive them within 14 days after it was delivered to you.

  • My order arrived incomplete or damaged

Please take a deep breath and accept our apologies. We are really sorry for our mistakes. Please send us an email with your order number and we will see how we can help out.

  • Are my privacy and personal information secure on your site?

Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We work hard to protect your privacy and personal information.

  • How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?

We generally respond within 24 hrs during our regular office hours which are Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Customer Service is currently not available on Saturdays and Sundays. Please visit our Contact Us page.
